Vendor's Note
    Note 1:

FreeBSD, acting as a router or a host, will lose the first fragmented packet,
when it uses NS/NA to discover a neighbor.
These situations occur in the following test items.

## 1.6.A.NetBSD.NETASQ.Network2.dump ##
## 1.6.A.USAGI.FreeBSD.Network2.dump ##
We use FreeBSD as REF-Host2.

## 1.6.B.NETASQ.Linux.Network2.dump ##
## 1.6.B.NETASQ.OpenBSD.Network2.dump ##
We use FreeBSD as REF-Host1.

## 1.6.D.NetBSD.NETASQ.Network2.dump ##
## 1.6.D.USAGI.NETASQ.Network2.dump ##
We use FreeBSD as REF-Router2 and REF-Router3.

## 1.6.E.NETASQ.Linux.Network2.dump ##
## 1.6.E.NETASQ.OpenBSD.Network2.dump ##
We use FreeBSD as REF-Router3 and REF-Router4.

Note 2:

#1.6.A.NetBSD.NETASQ.Network1.dump#
In test 1.6.A, NetBSD (TAR-Host1) fragments the echo reply directly.
We execute an additional ping on NetBSD to prove that TAR-Router1 returns
an ICMPv6 Packet Too Big Message when the packet is not fragmented.

Note 3:

#1.6.B NETASQ.OpenBSD.Network1.dump#
In test 1.6.B, OpenBSD (TAR-Router2) fragments the echo reply directly.
We execute an additional ping on OpenBSD to prove that TAR-Router1 returns
an ICMPv6 Packet Too Big Message when the packet is not fragmented.
