The CiTRANS R865/CiTRANS R860 is based on the distributed hardware forwarding and nonblocking switching technologies,and features carrier-class reliability, line rate forwarding performance, a mature QoS (Quality of Service) mechanism, capabilityof processing rich services, and excellent expansion capability. The CiTRANS R865/CiTRANS R860 works as a backbone convergence router with powerful IP service processing capability. It integrates Layer 3 Ethernet switching capability and provides rich IP edge services, including Ethernet switching processing, tunneling,and flow queues. The can implement smooth migration from IPv4 (Internet Protocol Version 4) to IPv6 (Internet Protocol Version 6). |
